Janeth Ventura
Janeth Ventura has 20 years of experience working in unserved and underserved communities in Los Angeles, Riverside, San Diego, and Imperial County. She is the Director of Programs in SPA 7 at PATH, where she fosters community partnerships, seeks solutions to end homelessness, and strives for equity and inclusion.
Janeth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from California State University Long Beach and a Master of Arts degree in International Relations from Alliant International University. She began her career advocating for Central American immigrant rights at CARECEN. During her tenure at the Jenesse Center’s domestic violence shelter in South Los Angeles, Janeth dedicated her efforts to advancing social justice for survivors of intimate partner violence. While running a Supportive Services for Veteran Families program in San Diego, Janeth spearheaded its expansion into Riverside and Imperial Valley. She believes that housing is a basic human right and envisions a world where everyone has a home.
