Jeffrey Richardson

Executive Director | Support Solutions for the Unhoused

“Racism, in all forms, is antithetical to community. Inequities foster division and prevent communities from being inclusive, just, and truly equitable communities that we need. Fear, ignorance, and miscommunication play a role in racism and creates the pain, marginalization, and prejudice that is common to the Black experience. When we acknowledge the historical legacy of segregation and the lack of economic opportunity, social mobility, and political power in institutions of higher education, we are making progress.”

Jeffrey Richardson is a native of Southern California and has worked in the human services field for over 20 years serving youth considered at risk, individuals with disabilities as well as those with mental health issues or experiencing homelessness. Jeffrey obtained his BS in Psychology from University of Phoenix and his MS in Business Innovation and Organizational Leadership from The University of West Los Angeles. Jeffrey is the founder and Executive Director for Shepherd Community Services, and is partnering with San Bernardino County providers to open Country Manor, a 1.5 acre 60 bed Room and Board facility for unhoused individuals and families in Chino CA.
