Ruby brings over a decade of experience in the non-profit sector to her role, where she oversees and manages Employment Supportive Services and Domestic Violence programs. She is tasked with working closely with funders to fulfill program funding requirements and conduct data metrics analysis.

Through the Employment Supportive Services program, Ruby and her team assist participants from diverse backgrounds, including those involved with the justice system, housing insecure individuals, and those with dual diagnoses, in securing meaningful employment. The Domestic Violence program she manages provides case management, safety planning, linkages to financial assistance for housing and medical care, along with other resources and employment supportive services.

In addition to her program management duties, Ruby is responsible for public relations, forging partnerships with other local agencies to build bridges and enhance relationships with stakeholders. She organizes and strategizes outreach events, community events, health fairs, and job fairs in the community.
