Tanicka is a dedicated leader with a strong commitment to improving the lives of homeless and underserved individuals. Her passion for addressing the needs of vulnerable populations stems from her experience as a healthcare provider. Tanicka's professional journey has taken her from being a frontline worker in case management for permanent housing placement to her current leadership role as Director of Housing at Radiant Health Centers.

Tanicka's academic background, which includes a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in public health, reinforces her commitment to address the needs of the unhoused and underserved.
