Trans Can Work transforms workplaces into safe and equitable spaces for transgender, gender diverse, and intersex people.

Lexi Adsit is a fierce, fat, and femme translatina leader who brings over a decade of movement experience to TransCanWork. She holds a graduate certificate in Ethnic Studies from San Francisco State University and has previously served as Managing Director of Peacock Rebellion, and Interim Executive Director of TAJA's Coalition. She has organized a number of groundbreaking events, shows, and conferences in pursuit of liberation for the transgender community.
