Yolanda Enoch (she/her)

Yolanda cares about helping people embrace who they are and finding work they love. Her expertise is in business and people operations. She's consulted for early-stage startups and nonprofits. Additionally, Yolanda has extensive experience in 401(k) consulting. She helped employers manage their employees’ assets in company-sponsored retirement plans. She also led HR at a product development company that went from startup to acquisition for $30M.

The common thread in her career has been “deep people learning” and understanding what people need to succeed.

Yolanda majored in Biology at Spelman College. She enjoys woodworking, organizing cable clutter, watching and reading rom-coms, and walking. Like, long walks (6-10 miles Please, no hiking invites!). Walking, for Yolanda, is therapeutic. It also allows her to eat ice-cream guilt-free and see up-close the social inequalities in Los Angeles.
