Charmaine Campbell is a housing systems leader, educator, and operations professional with broad experience advancing equitable housing access and strengthening service delivery for people experiencing homelessness. Her work spans program design, intake and referral systems, workforce development, and cross‑sector partnerships in complex public‑nonprofit environments.

In addition to her systems leadership, Charmaine has served as a lecturer, sharing practical, real‑world expertise with emerging professionals and practitioners.
