Mr. Cortez Chandler of Timelist Group reentry program spends the bulk of his time helping other ex-offenders who have been released from prison to be successfully reintegrated back into society, as the Assistant Director he brings his lived experience, dedication, and compassion to helping other ex-offenders find their way in life and teaches them how to succeed after prison. Mr. Chandler went back to the Avenal State Prison as a motivational speaker sharing what it takes, it's all about your mindset in how you can change yourself and how others perceive you. This is the same prison Mr. Chandler was released from, Promoting reentry and reintegration, self-worth, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship for ex-offenders. His view of life is the slogan of Timelist Group: "It's never too late to change".
