Krystal Sims is an accomplished and versatile non-profit social services professional. A graduate of California State University, Northridge, with a Master’s in Social Work and Family Consumer Sciences with an emphasis in Family Studies, she is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience in homeless services. Krystal’s comprehensive experience encompasses industries ranging from homeless services, human resources, healthcare, and university settings. Krystal is adept at creating and implementing programs and procedures that align with organizational culture, values, and vision and foster system change and professional growth.

Currently, Krystal is the Director of Recruitment and Onboarding and a contributing member of the Senior Leadership Team for a leading non-profit agency in homeless services and real estate development, LA Family Housing. During the 2020 calendar year pandemic, Krystal increased her agency’s workforce by 51% by applying inclusive and analytical recruitment strategies. She is passionate about talent acquisition, social services, and connecting people with opportunities. In her free time, Krystal enjoys learning and sharing her knowledge about investments and real estate investing.
