Pamela Thompson
Pamela Thompson has worked with the unhoused population through administration work for over thirty years. Pam is the Director of Operations of Homeless Health Care Los Angeles (HHCLA) whose mission is to develop and implement innovative strategies for reducing the impact of homelessness in the communities of Los Angeles.
Through her leadership and organizational abilities, Pam has worked diligently to ensure HHCLA is performing effectively and efficiently. Her responsibility as Director of Operations is to ensure HHCLA develops and establishes a strong Information Technology Department and Facilities Department to service a staff of 140. She oversees IT platforms, ensures security compliance, and stays abreast of current technology.
Pam successfully increased HHCLA sites through relationship building and business management by securing sites for program growth and expansion. Pamela has worked hard to support the recovery and stabilization of disenfranchised clients by supporting Housing Developers to complete new apartment buildings for unhoused individuals. Pamela’s specialties include problem-solving, organizational skills, communication, emotional intelligence and coaching, creativity, excellence standard development, authenticity, and accountability. Pamela is committed to the development and overall well-being of HHCLA. She is inspired to be a conduit of support to provide liberation to all mankind.
