Rosany Brown has lived in Los Angeles for nine years and originally hails from Reading, PA. She earned her BSW from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and an MSW from California State University, Northridge. She has worked in the social services field for over 10 years, including at LA Family Housing and most recently providing clinical therapy services with the reentry population at Project 180 (SSG).

Rosany has mostly worked with highly vulnerable individuals who have experienced chronic homelessness and older adults. She was a part of the 2018-2019 Geriatric Social Work Education Consortium. Her passion to address and eliminate barriers to services will continue through her fellowship with Los Angeles County Department of Health Services, Housing for Health.
