The Liberatory Workplaces Customized Training is an immersive five-session program, each session spanning 90 minutes of learning and engagement. Designed for team leads to Executive Directors, this course aims to dismantle entrenched white supremacist workplace norms and replace them with a liberatory culture.

Delving into the heart of traditional workplace norms shaped by white supremacist culture, this training offers a roadmap to pivot towards practices and policies that enable team members to show up fully and contribute powerfully. We nurture your team's wellbeing and individual genius by exploring policies, structure, and tailored staff roles.
