Margaret Hardin is a global products CEO and board director who helps scale B2C and B2B2C companies by building passion brands, creating go-to-market strategies, and evaluating acquisition opportunities. Throughout her career, Margaret has increased sales results by creating global and multi-channel go-to-market paths for consumer brands. With hundreds of new product launches, she has created repeatable launch processes to build awareness and has grown two companies to over $100 million in revenue.
While CEO of Ergobaby, she focused on ESG initiatives to reduce waste and enhance product life cycles including Everlove, a pre-loved resale program and Aerloom, a carrier using recycled yarns. In 2020, Ergobaby began partnering with the Conscious Kid, and this sparked Margaret’s interest to discover Los Angeles based organizations focused on tackling deep-rooted systemic issues. She partnered with SJPLA in early 2021 and has thoroughly enjoyed all the opportunities partners have to assist the organization and the community - including Accelerator selection, Fast Pitch Coaching, LA2050 Grant review.
Margaret is the Audit Chair for Hydralyte North America. She is an investing member and volunteer with Golden Seeds, a nation-wide angel network focused on funding women-led companies that have potential for returns and impact, as well as a mentor for the SKU accelerator’s first all-women cohort. Margaret is a member of YPO Gold Southland and serves on the Business Advisory Council for New Mexico State University College of Business.
