Michelle Dominguez has a mission: create spaces where everyone feels like they belong. They have over 15 years experience building community and leadership development at universities and nonprofits.

Michelle is co-chair of Emerging Practitioners in Philanthropy Los Angeles chapter and a writer contributing to publications such as Inside Philanthropy and Community-Centric Fundraising. They also serve on the California State University, Northridge LGBTQ+ Advisory Committee. They are a proud alum of the University of Southern California (M.Ed. Higher Education Administration & Students Affairs) and California State University, Northridge (B.A. Communication Studies).
