Wellbeing Series: Connect to the Earth with Lama Rod Owens

Touching into the earth's energy is imperative as our world moves through unprecedented changes. We need the earth to experience groundedness, stability, and care.

In this practice session, we will work to connect to the earth to experience a sense of care and holding during these times of intense disruption. We will also practice offering the stabilizing energy of the earth to others around us as well.
