Wellbeing Series: Healing Pathways and Spiritual Care for Frontline Workers & Their Supporters

This workshop draws from wisdom across justice and healing movements to provide replenishing frameworks and practices for frontline workers and those who support them. Together, we'll blend theoretical framing with experiential activities like guided reflection, small group discussion, and meditative practice to address:

  • The Radical Roots of Self and Communal Care (and its limitations)

  • Burnout interventions (through the lenses of Black Feminist text & Creative Healing praxis)

  • "Bringing the Body" to inform the work, pacing, and road ahead for frontline workers and those who support them

  • Integrating Spiritual Care into Activist & Nonprofit Spheres

This workshop experiments with what can happen when we pivot towards interdependence rather than individual cure/s, integrated bodymind-activism practices, and "wellness" beyond the buzzword.
