JOB DESCRIPTION:

LAHSA is the Continuum of Care and rehousing system administrator for Los Angeles. LAHSA is a public agency and a joint powers authority of the City of LA and LA County, which is the regional planning body that coordinates housing and services for homeless families and individuals in Los Angeles County. LAHSA coordinates and manages over $800 million annually in federal, state, county, and city funds for programs that provide shelter, housing, and services to people experiencing homelessness.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

The Hilton Fellow will be working with the Finance & Administration Department by being a thought-partner with DCFAO and Department Directors and helping with special projects in line with the department goals and objectives for the fiscal year. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge or experience in Finance & Accounting, Contracts & Procurement, or Grants Management. Preferred special skills or experience include project management, software implementation, policy and procedure, financial analysis, KPI and Dashboard reporting.
