Taylor Pulsifer

Family Resource Center Director | Sacred Path Indigenous Wellness Center

“Los Angeles County is home to one of the largest Latinx and American Indian populations in the entire country. The amount of identified homeless people from these racial groups are extremely disproportionate and the need to offer solutions and systematic changes to alleviate this is apparent and at the forefront of what drives me to do this work.”

Taylor is a member of the Skokomish Tribe from Washington State, currently serves as the American Indian/Alaska Native Coordinator at the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority. With over a decade of dedication to tribal communities across the West Coast, Taylor is passionate about healing and housing for Indigenous relatives. Her current efforts focus on connecting and uplifting the work of AI/AN community providers within the LA region and embedding equity for the community within the agency.
