Spotlight on The 2023-24 Systems Change Accelerator Cohort: LA's Changemakers
Every year, the SJPLA Systems Change Accelerator welcomes a new cohort of leaders dedicated to addressing the root causes of Los Angeles’ most pressing social challenges. This year, we're honored to introduce the 6th cohort, a group of individuals not only driven by their passion but also their lived experiences related to the issues they tackle.
The Accelerator
Over the course of nine months, the Systems Change Accelerator supports nonprofit leaders as they:
Refine their systems change strategy
Delve into liberatory team culture practices
Strengthen their messaging
Widen their relationships and resources
Our approach is grounded in the belief that nurturing these core areas propels organizations towards creating lasting, systemic community impact.
