As we make our way towards the end of the year it can be a time where a lot of us experience some level of exhaustion from all the ways we have to show up in our lives. This session will be a brave space to slow down, reflect and care for ourselves in compassionate community. All are welcome and there will be lots of options given to support all who participate.
