If you feel like the world around you is collapsing, you are not alone. We are living in precarious times, where our social systems create isolation, our economic systems perpetuate poverty and our ecological systems are on the verge of collapse. How do we take care of ourselves in such times?
In this session, we will begin to discern the differences between coping and thriving strategies, share with other participants the tools that work for you, and to map out a strategy for self-care. We need to take care of ourselves so that we can contribute to a thriving world.
