Take some time to rest your bones and honor the grief that is moving through you. In this one hour practice session, we will take some time to breathe, journal and share about how grief and loss show up for us in our work, in our bodies, and in our lives. Taking the time to honor our grief gives us the opportunity to feel grounded and empowered in our lived experience. Come as you are.
