Wellbeing Series: Tap in with dr. shena young

dr shena young will lead us in a workshop exploring practical tools for nourishing our nervous systems

Tap in

During this workshop, dr young will be introducing the emotional freedom technique known as "tapping." Tapping is a healing method that uses acupressure points and energy meridians in the body to release trapped emotion and physical pain. Participants will learn a tapping sequence that can be done on their own to reduce stress, move through limiting beliefs, improve clarity, and soothe the nervous system.

dr shena is a licensed body inclusive & holistic psychologist, trauma-informed educator & yoga teacher, creative, & writer. She holds space for BIPOC with the intentions of inviting deeper authenticity & personal truth. She owns a private practice & healing space, embodied truth healing & psychological services, in Inglewood, CA with an emphasis on mind-body-heart-spirit care.
