Leadership Exchange Fellowship
Preparing leaders in Los Angeles County's homeless response sector for executive leadership through immersive mentorship, executive shadowing, and professional coaching.
Our Vision
Our work creates a permanent shift in who leads homelessness services in LA, ensuring that leadership decisions are made by those with lived experience, deep community ties, and a commitment to racial equity.
